About Gîte Cers and Marin
Each of the lodgings includes a complete equipment of quality:
-a living area with a wall-mounted TV
- a dining room for 6 people
- an integrated kitchen area fully equipped: microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer etc ... a small adjoining pantry with fridge-freezer, washing machine and storage.
This set of living space is 47 m2 and gives access directly to a large terrace of 45m2 overlooking the garden below, with table and chairs and garden grill with a large plancha.
The barbecue being in the small garden.
The sleeping area is composed of 3 pretty rooms:
-a bedroom with a double bed 140 with its private bathroom with toilet.
-a bedroom with a double bed 160
-a double room with 2 beds 90
They are served by a large bathroom with toilet
All rooms are equipped with either a large closet with wardrobe or a dressing room with iron and ironing board, the hangers are also in place.
The cottages have heating, air conditioning and WIFI
Baby equipment:Â cot, changing table are provided on request
Pets are not accepted
Apart from your belongings, you have nothing to contribute:
all linens are provided: sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels; To help you at the beginning of your stay you will find washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, laundry for the washing machine, paper towels and toilets. but also salt, pepper, spices vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, tea etc ...
The village center of Lespignan has various shops for daily supply: butcher, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy. pizzeria etc ... A small local market on Wednesdays and Fridays with merchants and itinerant producers of fruits, vegetables, butchery, spices, cooked dishes, shells, fish. On the other hand there is a supermarket at 6km in Colombiers and a hypermarket at 15km in Sérignan.
