Appartamento di 30 mq nel centro storico su Lungotevere, al piano terra di uno storico palazzo con entrata indipendente. La posizione centrale lo rende ideale per visitare Roma a piedi. A pochi metri troverete il Portico d'Ottavia, la divertente e vivace Piazza Campo de' Fiori e lo storico quartiere di Trastevere con locali e ristoranti imperdibili. Tutti i siti storici della città sono raggiungibili a piedi: Colosseo, Vaticano etc. Collegato perfettamente con le stazioni ferroviarie e aeroporti. L'alloggio è dotato di WiFi gratuita, TV a schermo piatto e include una camera da letto, angolo cottura, bagno con bidet e asciugacapelli. L’appartamento può ospitare 3 persone ed è composto di un unico ambiente con letto matrimoniale largo 1.60 x 2.00 metri di lunghezza o 2 letti separati, con un un’ulteriore letto singolo, culla e possibilità del quarto letto di emergenza richiudibile. 
Di fronte al portone di entrata si trova un supermercato.
I mezzi pubblici si trovano a soli 20 metri dall’appartamento e collegano tutta la città, e direttamente con la stazione termini.

Fatevi cullare dalla simpatia e dal calore dei vecchi quartieri romani, ricchi di storia, botteghe di artigiani e ristoranti tipici dove gustare le migliori “cacio e pepe” della città e tutto a pochi passi dall’appartamento. Davanti al portone c’è un supermercato. I ristoranti della zona sono tra i migliori della Capitale e durante l’estate potrete vivere la famosa “estate romana” sul lungotevere il cui accesso si trova sul ponte di fronte all'entrata dell'edificio.

A 20 metri dall’appartamento c’è la fermata di numerosi autobus per raggiungere la stazione Termini in sole 10 fermate (bus H) e la stazione Trastevere collegata direttamente con l’aeroporto di Fiumicino. Troverete anche la fermata del tram tra cui l’8 che attraversa tutto il centro storico. Su richiesta e con un costo aggiuntivo potrete usufruire di un servizio di navetta da/per la stazione o aeroporto.

Verrà inviato qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo una mail con suggerimenti per visitare la città il contratto di locazione turistica da firmare al check in.
E' obbligatorio rilasciare copia del passaporto o documento di identità.
Alla partenza la cucina dovrà essere consegnata pulita e la spazzatura gettata nei cassonetti specifici per la differenziata.

30 sqm apartment in the historic center on Lungotevere, on the ground floor of a historic building with an independent entrance. The central location makes it ideal for visiting Rome on foot. A few meters away you will find the Portico d'Ottavia, the entertaining and lively Piazza Campo de 'Fiori and the historic district of Trastevere with unmissable bars and restaurants. All the historical sites of the city are within walking distance: Colosseum, Vatican etc. Connected perfectly with railway stations and airports. The apartment comes with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. There is a bedroom and a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a bidet and a hairdryer. The apartment can accommodate 3 people and consists of a single room with a double bed 1.60 x 2.00 meters long or 2 separate beds, with an additional single bed, cot and possibility of the fourth re-usable emergency bed.
In front of the entrance door there is a supermarket.
Public transportation is just 20 meters from the apartment and connects the whole city, and directly with the termini station.

Let yourself be lulled by the sympathy and warmth of the old Roman neighborhoods, rich in history, artisan shops and typical restaurants where you can taste the best "cacio e pepe" of the city and all within walking distance from the apartment. In front of the door there is a supermarket. The restaurants in the area are some of the best in the capital, and during the summer you can experience the famous "Roman summer" on the Lungotevere whose access is on the bridge in front of the building entrance.

At 20 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop to reach Termini station in just 10 stops (bus H) and Trastevere station directly connected to Fiumicino airport. You will also find the tram stop including the 8 that runs through the historic center. A shuttle service to / from the station or airport is available on request and at an extra cost.

A few days before the arrival will be sent an email with suggestions to visit the city the tourist lease to sign at the check in.
It is mandatory to issue a copy of the passport or identity document.
At the start the kitchen must be delivered clean and the trash thrown in the bins specific for the differentiated.
