Large country house located in France, in Villecroze, in the region of vineyards Var (83), 20 km west of Draguignan, in a beautiful quiet and rural environment, 35 km south of Lake St. Croix and 70 km from Saint-Tropez. For 8 to 9 people, 4 bedrooms with very good beds (9 beds), 3 shower rooms (one outside), 4 WC (one outside), fully equipped American kitchen, washing machine and dryer, TV, fast internet, large bright living room, heating / air conditioning. Secured swimming pool 10x5 m. Large terraces recently renovated with shade sail (about 200 m2, 70 m2 around the pool, 120 m2 near the living room and 20 m2 covered for meals), BBQ, garden furniture, large private and fenced (4000 m2 ), with bowling alley (13x4 m). The building is very well insulated and even in summer the house stays cool (air conditioning). Underfloor heating by geothermal energy.
The house is located in a residential area in the countryside and along a private cul-de-sac road.
