Apartment on the ground floor of a typical house with a total of two units in the Aosta Valley. The upper floor apartment is occasionally occupied by the owner. The house is situated in the mountains of the Aosta Valley, at 1250 m a.s.l. There are many hiking trails to explore the surrounding area. Parking on the road in front of the house. Across the secondary road at the house there is a terrace with parasol from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, over the small town of Aosta and the surrounding mountains. Above the old castle of the village of Sarre there is the "roof of Sarre," a vertical rock wall, one of the hardest climbing walls, very popular among friends of climbing. The small town of Cogne is at 22 km and its ski area offers more than 70 km of pistes.
