Big swimmingpool open from 20th of May 'till the end of September, depends from wether. An incredible place to pass your holidays with lots of positive energies, amazing lake view Trasimeno, in the heart of Nature! 7 Minutes from Passignano town by car, near markets (Coop, Conad), petrol station, church, lake and half hour from Perugia, Cortona, Gubbio and lots of other wonderful Tuscany and Umbrian cities (Perugia, Corciano, Assisi , Cortona, Spello, Gubbio, Spoleto, Florence, Fabriano ..).

 

We live near by the house for a little cottage but the Villa is really reserved. We use to keep the pool cleaned and take care about gardens and flowers. We are super reserved and we leave our guests as we are not there, we only share parking, we use to travel a lot for business. The swimming pool (12x6mt.) Is open from middle May 'till the end of September, it dependsnby weather. All over the year is provided in Sauna and mini-fitness room too.

 

FREE Wi-Fi is provided, Also working in the swimming pool! We also provide 4 mountain bikes for free. 11 mq with 3 gardens, olive trees around and lots of flowers.. quiet and Nature! You will really enjoy your holidays in Umbria, relaxing and sleeping in a great peaceful area into Forest!
