It is a duplex of 90m2 in a new villa with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. It was thought four seasons. Its interior design is based on modularity and optimization of space.

On the ground floor a kitchen of 20 m2, equipped with all facilities.

A central table with generous dimensions, with a porcelain tray option, provides two functions, work plan and developed friendly meeting. Perched on a bar stool one keeps contact with the blue of the sea, sipping a fruit juice (or pastis) fresh.

In summer operation this space is designed to take full advantage of the warm Mediterranean. A large bay-windows connects the room to a large wooden terrace of 50m2. You will find a barbecue, a wooden table for 6 people and lounge. Beachfront the inside-outside relationship is paramount.

Next night, also on this level, a bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower occupy additional 20 m2. The bedding is 160. A small bay window gives direct access to another terrace wood.

Upstairs is a luxury hotel room of 45m2. As a result, we can open all the space or separated by a wide sliding door of 3.60 m.
