This is a two floor apartment, with access from a private garden through a stone stair that leads to a beautiful wide panoramic balcony where you may dine “al fresco” overlooking the garden with the swimming pool and, beyond that, the whole valley of the river Arno. A barbecue is also available. When you enter the flat you find yourself into a spacious living / dining room with armchairs and a beautiful fireplace, a big table and a kitchenette. Three steps lead to a passageway and to a bathroom with shower. On the opposite side of the room, an old stone stair takes to the second floor with two rooms with double bed, one with three single beds, a bathroom with shower and another with a tub. If needed, an additional bed can be added in one of the rooms.
