“Il Trealberi” is a great villa completely surrounded by olive groves, in the green, a few kilometers from the beautiful sea of ​​Sperlonga and Aurunci Mountains. Ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday, just 5 km from Itri and 8 km from Sperlonga. 

But also Rome and Naples are not so far. Rome is about 100 km to North and Naples is about 90 km to south. you can reach both them with little more than one hour by train.

The villa consists of 3 apartments. Our ideal guests are lovers of nature, sea, trekking and mountain biking in every season of the year.

The villa is ideal for astronomical observation (due to the total absence of light pollution and to a large terrace), for meditation and yoga, for bird watching. In mid-August, from solarium and terrace of "Maestro" you can admire the amazing spectacle of shooting stars.

The place is also ideal for those who just want to rest and relax in our grove, in the shade of oak and cork trees, or sunbathe in the panoramic terrace with views of the Pontine Islands (Ischia, Ponza, Ventotene ), with the sea breeze which dates from the Oak Valley and floods cool even in the hottest days.

Particularly striking, and not to be missed, is the appearance of fireflies in May and June that spread a carpet of silver shimmering across the Oak Valley.

2° Apartment: "L'Albero di  Mezzana" (max 5 people)

The apartment is slightly smaller than the "Master". His strengths are represented from the large dining area that contains a kitchenette and a large free space in the living room, and large patio that allows you to live outside your vacation without suffering the slightest affront of the sun and to enjoy the fresh breeze coming up from the valley.Services in the apartment: TV, Washing machine, Oven, Equipment for cleaning, Iron 

The apartment will not be rented in the current and next year because it will be used by the owner

3° Apartment: "L'Albero di  Trinchetto" (max 5 people)

It is the smallest of the three apartments ... but only for a few square meters. The apartment is slightly smaller than the "Mezzana".
