In a warm atmosphere, we welcome you to Pornic in the Sainte-Marie district, 8 minutes walk from the village and the beaches (800 meters) and close to the golf course in this completely renovated and comfortable house.
Come and enjoy the coast, its path, its beaches as well as a village animated by its two markets per week.

The space
You feel at home thanks to the warmth provided by the parquet floor, the wood stove, the comfort of the quality bedding, the storage spaces and the fully equipped kitchen!
The environment is both magnificent and attractive (golf 100 meters away, Sainte-Marie beaches 800 meters away, sailing courses, strawberry picking in spring, visit of the Breton farm nearby, museums in Saint-Nazaire. ..etc)
This very bright and pleasant house is located in a quiet residential area of Pornic.
The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (Sablons Room: 1 bed 160 * 200 or 2 beds of 80 * 200; Porteau Room: 1 bed 140 * 190; Montbeau Room (1 trundle bed: 2 * 80 * 190). also a sofa bed available in the living room.
Sheets are optional:
- 15 euros per room
- 3 euros per towel (we have two sizes: small (hair) and large (body)
We offer a cleaning option for 50 euros.
Garden equipment available:
- BBQ
- 2 deckchairs
- 1 table and 6 chairs with parasol
Baby equipment available free of charge: Cot, bath, high chair, changing mat, cutlery / plates / glasses for children / some games
1 stove with wood available in the garage
We can advise you on the use of the stove if necessary. A technical sheet will be available with advice on ignition and safety.
Guest access
You will have access to all the accommodation as well as the fenced garden.
Other things to note
We have equipped the rental with 2 bicycles to enjoy the cycle paths along the coast, in complete safety.
