i) Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from Sunray apartments is not cosidered a valid reservation.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

 

Money refund

In case you cancel a reservation, you are entitled to a refund only during the following conditions:

0% Cancellation cost: Fully deposit refund when the cancellation is made the least 30 days before the arrival.

Note:

i) 100% of the deposit is given back.

ii) Cancellation notice is valid via e-mail.

50% Cancellation cost: A 50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21 days to 30 days, from the date of check in.

Note:

i) 50% of th deposit is given back.

ii) Cancellation notice is valid via e-mail.

100% cancellation cost: A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check in.

Note:

The deposit is not refunded.
