Beautiful 95sqm apartment with a perfect location, in the Marina Baie des Anges and an awesome brightness! You'll enjoy the breathless view on the ocean, each morning of your stay will be unbelievable!
I ensure you an optimum comfort thanks to the modern furniture of the apartment, which can welcome up to 6 people.
The rolling waves, the sound of foam and the sea breeze will make you feel great!
The space
The apartment is located on the Marina Baie des Anges, a perfect location to relax and chill with family or friends!
It's a historical building of the 20th century where you'll be welcomed, it has 95sqm area composed of two very nice balconies with an incredible sea view.
The apartment is composed of:
- a spacious living room with two sofa, a foldable bed for one person, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a big dining table for 10 people. The living-room has an access to the balcony where you can find a table and chairs to enjoy your meals !
- a fully equipped kitchen with: hobs, fridge, micro-wave, oven, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine!
- a master bedroom bedroom with a large double bed and storage spaces. This room has an access to a private balcony from which you could admire stars in peace.
- a second bedroom equipped of two single beds, which can be trnsformed into a double bed (with two mattresses),a foldable bed and storage spaces. This romm has direct access to a toilet.
The apartment is also equipped with two bathrooms:
- a first bathroom composed of an Italian shower, a sink and a towel dryer
- a second bathroom with a bath, a sink, a towel dryer and toilets
You'll have at your disposal: a washer (and dryer), ironing equipment, a hairdryer, a baby cot and a parking spot.
I provide premium quality towels and linens, vanity kits and some coffee caps.
Of course, you'll have access to the free Wifi!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator.
You'll be welcomed by my property manager Luckey Homes who will ensure the success of your stay during my absence: keys exchange, , towels and hotel linens, professional cleaning and also assistance in case of need.
