LUXURY APARTMENT IN PESCARA
Villa Belpaese is a country house with apartments and an agricultural company in Pescara, Abruzzo (Italy). "Belpaese" is a poetic expression from the Middle Ages, used by Dante, and means "the beautiful country". It stands for all the good of Italy: the good life, the wonderful weather, the beautiful nature as well as the art and culture of Italy. Â
Villa Belpaese consists of an upper house with entrance at the front (where we live). In addition, there are two apartments, each with its own separate entrance at the back of the house. The country house is located on the outskirts of Pescara, in a hillside valley. That is so close to amenities and at the same time it is wonderfully quiet with 12 hectares of olive grove directly around the house and the view over the hills with olive groves and vineyards.
There is a swimming pool, trampoline, and of course the hills with olive groves and vineyards. There are also various fruit trees in the garden and in the organic olive grove. There is an organic vegetable garden where we grow vegetables and tomatoes ourselves. There is also a herb garden, including mint, basil, oregano, etcetera. The herb garden may also be used by our guests.
Villa BelPaese has two luxury apartments available: Mare (Sea) and Colline (Hills). And indeed, apartment Mare has sea view and apartment Colline has a view of the hills of Abruzzo. Both apartments have their own terrace, private garden, and a breathtaking view over the olive groves, vineyards on the hills, the city of Pescara, the Adriatic Sea, and the mountains Gran Sasso (2900 meters) and the Majella (2800 meters).
We also offer separate rooms for 1 person or 2 people.
Both apartments have a living room, dining area, luxury kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with washing machine, and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room.
