Booking:

The reservation becomes firm upon receipt of the contract signed by the client (before the deadline indicated on the contract) and the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. 

Payment of the balance : 

The customer must pay the balance of the agreed service and remaining due, and this one month before the start of the stay. The customer who has not paid the balance by the agreed date is considered as having canceled his stay. Therefore, the benefit is again offered for rent and no refund will be made. 
In case of registration less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full payment will be required upon booking. 

Price and security deposit: 

Prices are in Euros for one week and include heating, water, electricity (500 kw package) and firewood included. A security deposit of € 1,000 will be paid upon arrival to the lessor or his representative, to ensure the return of housing in good condition. 
This deposit will be returned no later than one week after the handing over of the keys to the lessor, less any sums that may be due to the landlord, either to replace the deteriorated or missing objects, or for damage caused in the rented premises. 
The lessee agrees to compensate the lessor for the damage suffered, if the guarantee was insufficient. 

The tourist tax is extra. 

Cancellation by the client: 

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter. 
The advance on rent being made as an advance payment, the party who takes the initiative of the cancellation will have to compensate the other party for all the damage suffered: 
- either the total amount of the rental price for the lessee for the benefit of the lessor if the cancellation is attributable to the lessee. 
- the financial loss estimated at a flat rate of 2 times the price of the lease for the benefit of the lessee if the cancellation is attributable to the lessor. 

In case of no presentation of the customer, there will be no refund. In case of interruption of the stay by the customer, there will be no refund. 

Animals :

Animals accepted with prior agreement for the little ones. 

Reception and delivery of the keys:

The reception and the delivery of the keys are done, the day of your arrival, from 16 hours. Exceptionally, after agreement of the lessor, the lessee may take possession of the rented premises outside working hours. 
The departure must be done before 10:00. Respecting departure times is imperative. 

State of play: 

An inventory is established jointly and signed by the tenant and the lessor or his representative on arrival and departure. The state of cleanliness of the accommodation at the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure. 

Occupation:
 

• • The tenant will occupy the place personally and in good father.
  • He may not lend or sublet the premises to third parties, even for free.
  • No commercial or professional activity may be exercised in the premises.
  • In no case may the chalet be occupied by more than the number specified in the contract.
  • The tenant will not have to modify in any way neither the places, nor the arrangement of the furniture.

Path:

Le Chêne chalet is accessible by a 250 m long carriageway. In winter, the use of special equipment may be made necessary depending on weather conditions.
