The space
The Home of Flowers is an apartment located in a detached villa, furnished with care to offer a comfortable stay. It is located in La Spezia, in the district of Migliarina, a few steps from La Spezia Migliarina station.
The apartment consists of a separate entrance, two bedrooms, one double and one single (where you can add a second bed, and when there is a cot), a large living room, a small living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen habitable, two bathrooms and terrace equipped with table, chairs and awning. Our apartment is the ideal starting point for trips and excursions to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana, Lunigiana and Val di Vara .. because it is located in the immediate vicinity of all major means of communication. It is also ideal for those arriving by car because near the apartment there is a large square with free parking and further free parking along the way.
We will be happy to provide information, suggestions and material about the most interesting places to visit and public events such as the Palio del Golfo, the famous rowing race that takes place every year on the first Sunday of August, or "La Soffitta nella strada" in Sarzana, an interesting exhibition on antiques.
