Logement

Bel espace de vie moderne de 60 m2, à 2 pas de la cathédrale située au coeur du centre ville, pour un agréable séjour à Reims. 
Situé dans un quartier résidentiel privé, vous êtes au calme.

In a building without elevator, it is located on the 2nd and last floor, facing south. 
Note that the apartment is not equipped to accommodate disabled people.

The accommodation comprises: 
- 2 bedrooms with dressing room, 
- lounge dining room, 
- an equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, fridge, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle: all equipment is new), 
- a bathroom with large shower, 
- a toilet, washing machine, 
- entrance with cupboard.

There are 8 beds in beds, 2 sleeps in sofa bed: 
- 1 double bed size King 
- 2 double beds (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) single beds 90x190 
- 1 sofa bed 2 places .... or 10 seats.

On request, I have a bed-park and a baby high chair. 
Sheets, pillows, duvets provided in white, and a bath towel per traveler.

In order to avoid this task, and for your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival!

The windows are double glazed with curtains and shutters. 
The general thermostat is directly adjustable by travelers.

Because of possible allergies and sensitivities of each, the shampoo and soap are not provided.

Ideal apartment for couples, business travelers, families (with or without children) and large groups.

You have internet, digital HD TV fiber optics> 100MB. The television is wall mounted and is 48 inches or 121cm.
