About Apartment with 2 bedrooms on the beach front line

1. The accomodation:

In summer season, rent a Cervia apartment in front of  the sea, bi-exposed, 60 square meter, located on the first floor in a condominium with elevator consisting of:

-entrance

-living room with sofa, table, TV and overlooking balcony with outdoor table and chairs

- small kitchen with appliances and dishwasher

-double bedroom with balcony

- bedroom with 3 beds + 1 with balcony

-bathroom with shower and washing machine

standard gas plant for hot water and heating

supplied: vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, electric grill, hair dryer, cookware and crockery, clothesline

Animals are not allowed 

2. Setting

The apartment is located in front of the tourist port and next to canal port of Cervia.

Nearby: bar, newsstand, restaurants, fish shop, butcher's shop, bakery, supermarket.

It is a 10-minute walk from the historical center of Cervia and a 10-minute drive from the center of Milan-Marittima. Beach on the street front; to reach the beach you have to cross only the road.

Paid parking on the front-street, free nearby.

Within walking distance there is a small park  for children, equipped with tennis courts and table tennis for  grownups

Train station is twenty minutes for a walk.

Airport in Bologna and Rimini.

3. Activities and attractions

• Cervia beach offers many sporting attractions such as basketball, volleyball, rachettoni, as well as swimming. Those who loves sea can sign up for sailing, surfing, catamaran, sail boat and sea ski courses. As an alternative to the beach, the pinewoods of Pinarella and Milano Marittima are  destinations accessible by bike. The Cervia SPA is also immersed in the pinewood and is located near the Natural Park where there are numerous animal species and where children and adults find special routes in Cervia Avventura.
• The particular attraction in Cervia is the marshs, where the white  salt of Cervia has  harvested. There is an ancient march that can be visited.
• A few km from the apartment block  for  lovers' golf there is a splendid 27-hole course the Adriac Golf Cervia and a few distance there is the "Le Siepi", an  Equestrian Center where numerous competitions  take place.
• A fifteen minute drive you can reach Mirabilandia, Parco della Standiana, the famous amusement park among the largest in Italy, also suitable for adults and not just for children. Mirabilandia can be reached by bus.
• There are plenty of shopping venues: the center of Milano Marittima hosts numerous boutiques and for those who want to save money, take a trip to nearby S.Marino where several outlets host prestigious brands. The independent state, is also a pleasant destination for those who want to admire an enchanting landscape from the medieval walls.
• The nearest shopping center is in Savignano sul Rubicone, about  fifteen minutes from Cervia.
• Nearby Rimini also offers shopping opportunities.
• For lovers of culture, Ravenna, the Byzantine capital is a fantastic setting and is only a half an hour drive from Cervia
